We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your recurring payments, donations, or tithes to Hope City Church.

Please review the following cancellation policy for guidance:

• Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Hope City Church. You can send your cancellation request via email to hello@hopecityokc.church or by mail to 222 N Odor St, Arcadia, OK 73007. Please include your full name, contact information, and any relevant account details.

• Processing Time: We will make every effort to process your cancellation request promptly. However, please allow up to 14 business days for the cancellation to be processed. During this time, additional transactions may occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

• Future Payments: If your cancellation request is received after a recurring payment has been processed for the current period, the cancellation will apply to future payments. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

​

• Automatic Termination: Recurring payments, donations, or tithes will be automatically terminated upon request. You will not be billed for any future periods once the cancellation is processed.

• Confirmation of Cancellation: You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email or mail once the request has been processed. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

​

• Updating Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact and payment information associated with your recurring payments are accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to this information should be communicated to Hope City Church promptly.

• Disputes and Refunds: If you believe that an error has occurred with your recurring payment, please contact Hope City Church immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. Refunds will be issued only in cases of documented errors.

Hope City Church reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
